Dale Baker is the American Bankers Association’s Vice President of Trust Policy. In this role, Dale leads ABA’s advocacy on corporate trust and collective investment fund issues and is working to broaden ABA’s support of bank trust departments’ and trust companies’ growth and commonsense regulation. Dale also supports ABA’s de novo chartering and agricultural banking initiatives. Prior to ABA, Dale worked for a national credit union trade association, TIAA, and in private practice. Dale holds a JD from George Mason University, where he focused on corporate and securities law, and a BA in Economics from Rhodes College.
